Not this time the solid red light went off and nothings lit up/worked on the roof since. I was away in the lakes last time it played up but as I was at home this time I managed to scan the car with INPA and got the fault code in the CVM Module, Code 000043, CVM drive, cowl panel, open circuit. If you delete it, it immediately comeback.
Oh, if you are adventerous, there is a way to "reset" the roof yourself. You have to find the controllers (2 of them) and unplug them and plug them back in.
